This prairie dress is a bulls-eye! The basis is easy – a simple cut, round neckline with back zip closure, and an A-line skirt. It’s the puffed sleeves, long cuffs, and swishy ruffle trim at the bottom that are the icing on the cake. Prefer to be a little more understated? You could also leave the ruffle trim off and finish with a simple hem.
