We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fibre Mood purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unwashed condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
